Thankful Arnold House Museum: Open House Day 6/9/18

Haddam Neck resident Bobbi Jean, recent mother of quadruplets, will make an appearance at the Thankful Arnold House Museum Open House Day on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bobbi Jean, who resides at Cold Goats Farm, is an ewe. Learn how her wool becomes your favorite hat, scarf and mittens. You will have the opportunity to visit with Bobbi Jean and learn how to card wool.

The museum will also offer writing with a quill pen, a coloring station and garden experts as part of Connecticut’s Open House Day. The museum will be open with free admission from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. Stop by and visit. The museum is located at 14 Hayden Hill Road, Haddam, CT.
The mission of the Haddam Historical Society is to preserve, collect, interpret and promote the history and heritage of Haddam for present and future generations.
