Keener

February 10, 2018

Reid T. Keener, 26, of Banner Lane, East Haddam, was taken into custody on active arrest warrants. Keener was developed as a suspect during Trooper Milardo’s vandalism investigation back on January 12, 2018, where two swastikas were allegedly drawn with permanent marker on the Tylerville Liberty Bank ATM, Bridge Road, Haddam. The investigation was conducted in conjunction with Liberty Bank security officials and other area police departments. Keener was charged with Criminal mischief 3rd degree and held on a $7,500 bond. Keener is a suspect in other similar vandalism incidents in other towns.

Keener was also charged on a separate outstanding arrest warrant out of Old Saybrook for Failure to appear. That warrant bond was $1,500. He is to appear at Middlesex Superior Court on February 13.
