St. James Episcopal Church: Lenten Series 2018

Beginning Wednesday, February  21, 2018, St. James Episcopal Church in Higganum will begin a unique five-week Lenten series called, What’s the Least I Can Believe and Still Be a Christian? This  series will be based on the book, “What’s The Least I Can Believe and Still Be A Christian: A Guide to What Matters Most” written by Methodist minister Martin Thielen. Participants will read the book and discuss things that Christian don’t need to believe as well as things Christians do need to believe.

The  event will  be held Wednesdays, February 21, 28, March 7, March 14 and March 21, 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at St. James Episcopal Church on Route 81.  It will include a simple supper and book discussion lead by the Rev. James Bradley, Missioner in Charge of the Middlesex Area Cluster Ministry.  The public is welcome to attend. For further information  leave a message at 860-345-4856 .
