Fueled by Insulin: New England’s First Type 1 Awareness Race Truck — Right Here in Haddam

Tony Lafo Racing, LLC is proud to introduce “FUELED BY INSULIN!” a partnership for the 2017 Race Season with “Children with Diabetes”, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization and 10 year old Haddam resident Logan Merwin. Merwin was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 17 months old and is a very vocal and active advocate for numerous organizations that strive to raise awareness and funds toward finding a cure. Children with Diabetes is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide support, education, and inspiration to families and children of all ages living with diabetes. Tony Lafo Racing, LLC will help raise awareness by featuring the CWD logo on our #82 Ford F-150 Pro-Truck as well as our Hauler and T-shirts and will donate 10% of our Race Winnings to Logan’s fund raising efforts during 2017 with a minimum pledge of $1,000.00.
Everyone can personally view this extraordinary truck race for the first time during scheduled races on April 29, 2017 at Stafford Speedway, May 7, 2017 at Waterford Speedbowl or by contacting Tony Lafo Racing, LLC. The full race schedule will be posted on both Facebook pages.
