December 14, 2016 — When I went to vote at the firehouse yesterday on the school referendum, several of us towns folk noticed the 3 brand new F-350 super duty fire vehicles parked outside. They are beautiful but we were wondering why the 3 fire trucks are painted black? I would think that they would be painted bright red, yellow or white as you would want them to be as visible as possible at an emergency scene, especially at night. Anyone know why?
