An increase of 3.62% is not acceptable. Our graduates can not make change or reduce a recipe. You do not teach useful math skills. If our Honor Students can’t do math, I don’t have much use for them as an employer or customer of our local businesses.
They also don’t even know how to hold a pencil correctly.
You need to tell the little ones when they are doing something wrong and stop worrying about hurting their feelings. YOU are not helping them. You are being paid to TEACH them life skills, not to pass a stupid COMMON CORE TEST!
I sent my daughter to Mercy, for less than it costs you to try to educate our children.
She learned how to study, take proper notes and learn on her own.
My Honor Student Son was not taught similar skills at HK, and struggled in college.
More money is not going to fix this problem, deal with it.
